MENTORSHIP

Mentoring Services

Mandana Mentoring, the secret to ensuring sustainable outcomes is having a cross cultural approach delivered through our dedicated mentors. Mandana recognises this and places a large emphasis on ensuring our indigenous candidates are supported at work and in their home environments.

Research has shown that mentoring can have a powerful and lasting positive impact on the behavioral, personal, and professional outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff. Mentoring can provide additional support and guidance in their personal journey and ongoing professional development.

Peter Jackson has been delivering mentoring services for over 20 years based on the above model. In detail, the model provides:

 1. Set Goals - We need to start with a firm understanding of what you want to gain from this program and then set solid primary goals

 2. Structure - Provide structure and guidance for participants throughout the mentorship is vital to a successful mentoring program

 3. Connection - Mentoring will encourage people to connect on a personal level and build strong, trusting relationships that motivate and guide                               them toward future goals

 4. Guide - Of equal importance is guiding the participant to not just achieve their goals but also that of the organisation

 5. Measure & Report - Evaluate constructive and meaningful advice and future program enhancements

Our partnership will ensure that regular mentoring sessions are conducted on both an individual and team level whilst also increasing sustained outcomes for all parties involved. Mandana recognises this and places a large emphasis on ensuring candidates are supported at work and in their home environments.
