These programs are usually a 12 and up to 36-month paid work experience traineeship program for Indigenous Peoples’ looking for a career pathway in specific industries.

Undertaking this traineeship will lead to a broad range of career outcomes in product and service-related businesses – from Business, Human Resources, operator, and as a safety professional across different fields.
Mandana’s focus has always been on giving First Nations People a future, not just a job. We are currently developing a Field Supervisor program with a key client to provide existing indigenous employees with the opportunity to progress their careers into management.
One of the most unrepresented groups in management is indigenous women. Mandana is committed to increasing the number of indigenous women employed across our client base and presently over 50% of our trainees are female. Traineeship area potential stepping stone to management but further training is required.
