Indigenous Engagement Program Development & Implementation

Often, even when a company has a RAP and IPP they face numerous challenges to implement these plans. There are various reasons for this such as limited resources and lack of inhouse indigenous engagement experience.


The IEPDI service has been developed to address these challenges by providing highly qualified professionals to address these issues through a tailored program to deliver on the organisations indigenous commitments. This usually involves several stages:

The primary goal is to provide the required information to develop scopes, deliverables, budgets, timeframe and options for the planning workshop. For example, is the goal to employ 5 or 20 indigenous trainees and what is the timeframe?

The deliverable for this stage is a plan that covers: scope, strategies (options), deliverables, timeframes, activities, resourcing model, stakeholder engagement model and reporting KPI’s
